We allow pick ups for everything we sell. Please contact us before hand to ensure we have the item you require in store, the items may be in storage due to the vast range we carry.
We strive to have all orders packaged and on the way to our customers within 2 working days from the date of purchase. Due to this, if there are any issues such as incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately, so that we can get the issue rectified before your order gets processed.
We primarily use Post Haste and Castle Parcels for our shipping as we have found them to be two of the most reliable and cost effective shipping companies available in NZ. For larger or international orders we use NZ Post and Courier Post. We will send an email (to the email address provided on checkout), once your item has been prepared. This will contain all the necessary order information and tracking information. If there is anything that needs to be corrected please contact us immediately so we can assist you in getting it resolved.
We cannot accept any liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However we will assist you where possible in lodging any necessary paperwork or claims with the courier companies directly.
